T & C’s

  1. All bookings are for the whole term and must be paid at least one week in advance of the first lesson.
  2. Once payment is received, absolutely no refund will be given.
  3. If for any reason the teacher is unable to make a lesson, a replacement teacher will stand in.
  4. We have the right to move any swimmer to another lesson if we feel that the class they are in is not suitable.
  5. If we have to cancel a lesson due to pool closure, money will be transfered to the following term.  If you are not intending to swim that term a refund will be issued.  This will be refunded at the end of term.
